Très bien
Petit déjeuner avec un choix très varié. Piscine parfaite avec le bar dans l’eau. Plage avec transat et une jolie vue. Chambre très spacieuse.
L’absence de nutella au petit déjeuner. Pas d’adaptateur pour les prises européennes (impossible de recharger mon téléphone ...)

« séjour très agréable mais beaucoup de points négatifs qui pourraient être résolus facilement, ce qui donne un petit arri »
- la gentillesse de certaines personnes - le petit-déjeuner et le restaurant à la carte - les boissons (soft et alcool) - la plage - les chambres
- certaines personnes du staff donnent l’impression que vous les dérangez - les ressorts des matelas : au moindre mouvement, la personne avec qui vous dormez est totalement secouée - les guests vont réserver les transats de la plage entre 6h-7h pour n’arriver à la plage qu’à partir de 10h-11h - bracelet obligatoire à 30$ en cas de perte (qui donne accès à la chambre et aux prestations) qui est fermé avec une sécurité pour certaines personnes et sans sécurité pour d’autres (simple noeud)… on dirait que c’est fait exprès pour le perdre et payer le supplément - nous avons demandé à pouvoir faire un test anti génique et on nous a dit de venir entre 7h et 8h. Nous sommes arrivées à 7:40 et on nous a dit que l’infirmière allait partir et qu’elle attendait sur nous, que nous étions en retard, sur le ton du reproche - il faut réserver le restaurant à la carte le jour avant (au plus tôt possible), ce que nous avons fait. Arrivées au restaurant le dernier soir, notre réservation n’avait pas été prise en compte. La serveuse n’a rien fait pour nous trouver une table et ne s’est pas excusée. Elle nous a même reproché de ne pas être venues plus tôt que l’heure de notre réservation pour vérifier que le personnel avait bien fait son travail… Cela représente bien leur manière de fonctionner: lorsque vous demander quelque chose, vous devez tout vérifier plusieurs fois auprès de plusieurs personnes, sinon rien ne sera fait. - vous n’avez le droit en chambre qu’à une bouilloire OU une machine à café (alors qu’ils vous fournissent thé ET café)
